Return Policies

All sales are final. There are NO CASH OR CHARGE REFUNDS with the exception to electronic items that may malfunction due to manufacturer’s defect for a period of one year from date of purchase. In this case, we will REPLACE the item and/or issue a store credit good for merchandise in the store. All credits are valid one year from the date of credit.
RMAs(return merchandise authorization) are approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing defects and misshipments.
Returned products need to be in original packaging and condition.
Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.
